2008 Roadrunner Cheerleaders and Trainers
PRACTICE INFORMATION:
Practice time for all practices is 5:30 pm until 7:00 pm at Camarillo High School.

ATTENDANCE:
Cheerleaders must attend practices in order to maintain a cohesive squad. Please make sure you come to practice. Major illness and family emergencies will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

PRACTICE ATTIRE:
Practice attire shall consist of shorts (stretch or gym type) sweats and a t-shirt. No belt loops on the shorts or jean shorts are allowed for safety reasons.

No Short Shorts

No Ripped Shorts

No Jewelry
Cheerleaders must wear flat bottom tennis shoes to practice. No cross trainer or track type shoes may be worn. Jewelry must not be worn to practice or games. The cheer staff will not be responsible for any jewelry removed during these times. Fingernails must be kept short and may only have clear polish. If you have acrylics, keep them short.

WATER:
Cheerleaders must bring their own water to practice. Water bottles should be clearly marked with the cheerleader's name.

RAIN:
In the event of rain, practice will be cancelled. If you are not sure, call your team mom. Games are played regardless of weather condititions and cheerleaders are required to attend. We suggest the cheerleaders wear warm-ups to any rainy games.
