Registration for the 2010 season is here!!! We will begin on-line registration on February 25 at 12:01am. To begin your registration process, go to our website at www.camarilloroadrunners.com, click on “Click here to begin the registration process” and follow the instructions.
If you choose not to do online registration this year, a $30 processing fee will be assessed at the time of walk-in registration.
Player Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis – whether you choose to register on-line or walk-in. Your spot is reserved once payment is paid in full, but your registration process is not complete until all paperwork is submitted at a walk-in registration. We will have 3 walk-in registrations:
March13, Saturday, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
April 17, Saturday, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
May 4, Tuesday, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
All walk-ins will be at the Boys and Girls Club of Camarillo located on the corner of Temple and Ponderosa.
Items needed at the walk-in registration to complete the process are:
1) Proof of Residency: Each football player must bring a proof of residency – such as an electric bill, gas bill or cable bill. Water bills will not be accepted. Proof of Residency must match the parent’s name and address that is used on the registration form. If you have 3 players we will need 3 copies of your proof of residency. The proof of residency must stay with your registration paperwork and will not be returned. A copy is preferred. Cheerleaders do not need to show proof of residency.
2) Players will be photographed and weighed. ***PLEASE HAVE YOUR RETURNING PLAYER WEAR THEIR JERSEY FROM LAST YEAR SO WE ARE ABLE TO RECORD THE SIZE NEEDED FOR THIS YEAR’S JERSEY.
3) New players and those who did not play last season MUST bring their original birth certificate. Registration will NOT be complete without it. Copies are NOT accepted. Birth certificates will be returned after MANDATORY player certification will be in August 2010.

4) Volunteer Form: The success of the Roadrunner program depends on parent participation. A Volunteer Deposit of $50.00 per player is due at the time of registration, but there are several opportunities for earning your deposit back. For example, you can sign-up to work a 2 hour shift in the snack bar, volunteer to stripe the field on a Friday night, or work a shift at our booth at the Strawberry Festival. Your deposit will be returned in cash at the completion of your scheduled shift. If you fail to appear for your scheduled shift, your money will not be refunded.
***If you choose not to volunteer, your volunteer deposit will be processed following registration and you will not be scheduled for a volunteer shift and you will not be eligible for a deposit refund.
5) Physicals – All players and cheerleaders must have a physical and the PYFL physical form must be completed and turned-in prior to Opening Day, July 30, 2010. Players without a current physical on file will not be able to participate. For your convenience, Roadrunners will have Dr. Stan Jensen available at our walk-in registrations to perform physicals. Cost of physical is $20 each – make check payable to Camarillo Youth Football Inc. You may also pre-pay for your physical thru on-line registration.
6) Payment – For each football player online registration is $250 and it will be $280 for walk-ins. Cheerleader registration will be $100 for online and $130 for walk-ins plus cost of new uniform. Each additional sibling will receive a $15 discount. If paying by check at a walk-in registration, please make check payable to CAMARILLO YOUTH FOOTBALL INC.
